Should Campari or Aperol be used?
For the Campari Spritz, Campari is also recommended. This is significantly more bitter and gives the classic among summer drinks a pleasantly bitter taste. On the other hand, a better known (and sweeter) variant is mixed with Aperol - the Aperol Spritz.
