Preparation
- Squeeze the lime wedges into the shaker.
- Add the other ingredients (except for the Jamaica rum) and shake in a shaker over ice, then strain into a glass.
- Fix the half peach on the rim of the glass with a wooden stick (core opening on top).
- Place sugar cubes in the peach and pour high-proof rum.
- Sear and serve.
