50 ml freshly squeezed Grapefruit Juice

185 ml (circa) Ginger Beer

Preparation

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Cut a fresh passion fruit in half and add the flesh of one half to the glass.
  3. Add Martini Vibrante and grapefruit juice.
  4. Top up with ginger beer.
  5. Stir gently to combine the ingredients and garnish with the passion fruit.
