3 cl Apricot Nectar
1 cl Strawberry Syrup
250 ml Prosecco

Preparation

  1. Wash the strawberries, dry them, remove the seeds and put them in the blender.
  2. Add Aperol, apricot nectar, strawberry syrup and a few ice cubes and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a wine glass.
  4. Top up with Prosecco.
