Preparation


  1. Put sugar syrup, peach in small pieces and the mint leaves in a shaker.
  2. Mash with a pestle until the juice of the released.
  3. Add a few ice cubes and bourbon and shake.
  4. Strain into a glass and garnish with a mint leaf.
