Preparation

  1. Shake all ingredients vigorously with a few ice cubes.
  2. Strain into the glass.

The Paper Plane is an official cocktail of the IBA. The recipe was developed around 2007 by Sasha Petraske and Sam Ross of Milk & Honey for the Chicago bar The Violet Hour of their former colleague Toby Maloney, and is a riff on the classic Last Word.
