Preparation
- Place the gin, limoncello, sugar syrup, lemon juice and egg white in a shaker and shake vigorously.
- Add a few ice cubes to the shaker and shake again vigorously.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a little lemon peel/zest and serve.
