1.5 cl weißer Rum (high alcohol)
1.5 cl Falernum Liqueur
0.5 cl Maraschino
2.2 cl Lime Juice (fresh)
1.5 cl Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White

Preparation

  1. Shake all the ingredients with the egg white vigorously without ice
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake for a few seconds.
  3. Strain through a sieve into a pre-cooled glass
