Preparation


  1. Pour Pisco, lemon juice, hibiscus syrup and egg white into a shaker and shake vigorously.
  2. Add a few ice cubes and continue shaking until the drink is well chilled.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Add a splash of Angostura to the drink.
  5. Serve.
