6 cl Egg Liqueur
1 cl Sugar Syrup
3 cl Cream
4 cl Milk

Preparation

  1. Shake the egg liqueur, sugar syrup, cream and milk vigorously in a shaker without ice
  2. Add ice to the shaker and leave to cool
  3. Strain through a sieve into a glass filled with crushed ice
