80 ml Rum (brown)
100 Mineral Water (sparkling)

Preparation

  1. Cut the lime into eighths and place in a glass with cane sugar
  2. Mash with a pestle
  3. Add the mint and press down lightly once more
  4. Ice cubes and rum in a glass, then stir
  5. Add the remaining ingredients
