Preparation

  1. Cut the lime into eighths and place in a tumbler with the sugar (1-2 bar spoons). Crush the limes with a pestle and fill with crushed ice, then add the vodka and stir.
  2. Die Limetten mit einem Stößel zerdrücken und mit Crushed Ice auffüllen.
  3. Anschliessend den Wodka hinzugeben und verrühren.

The Caipirovka is based on the ingredients of the Caipirinha. The base consists of lime and cane sugar, as well as a spirit. The Cachaça of the Caipirinha has been replaced by vodka in this version.
