Ingredient: Pear Juice

According to the German Fruit Juice Ordinance, pear juice, pear fruit juice or pear fruit juice must consist of 100% fruit or 100% fruit juice concentrate. No foreign additives, especially preservatives, sugar or colorants, may be added to fruit juices.

As a beverage, an iced pear spritzer is suitable. The pear juice is used in various cocktails. The juice is also used in the production of jelly (e.g. pear jelly), ice cream or sorbets (e.g. pear sorbet).
