Units of measurement and bar measurements

Here is a brief description of the units used for cocktails and mixed drinks:

Proportion - The term proportion(s) will be used for ratios, for example, in the Kiba recipe: 2 proportions banana nectar, 1 proportion sour cherry juice.
Dash - Dash is a splash, i.e. a few drops (about 5...7 ml). This quantity designation is used especially for ingredients which are added in very small quantities (Tabasco, ...).
Splash - A splash is a shot and therefore a little more than a dash, about the same amount as a tablespoon (15 ml).
